Modern Slavery Statement

At Omatic Health, we are fully committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement outlines the steps we have taken during the financial year ending December 31, 2024, to address the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

This statement has been approved by our board and reflects our ongoing commitment to combating modern slavery in all its forms.

Our Business and Supply Chains

Omatic Health partners with suppliers from across the globe to bring high-quality wellness products to our customers. We expect all our suppliers to uphold the same commitment to ethical business practices, including strict adherence to laws prohibiting forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and abuse in the workplace.

Policies and Expectations

We have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct that sets out clear expectations for our suppliers, including:

  • Prohibition of involuntary or forced labor.
  • Prohibition of human trafficking and child labor.
  • Ensuring safe and respectful working conditions.

Suppliers are required to adhere to this code, which we communicate to them regularly to ensure alignment with our values and legal obligations.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

While we do not currently conduct audits of our suppliers specifically for modern slavery risks, we are committed to:

  • Identifying suppliers operating in regions or industries with a higher risk of human rights violations.
  • Exploring additional measures, including audits or third-party verification, for suppliers in higher-risk categories.

If we suspect a supplier may be violating our Supplier Code of Conduct, we will investigate promptly. Non-compliance issues will be addressed directly with the supplier, and failure to resolve these issues may result in the termination of the business relationship.

Internal Accountability

We hold ourselves and our business partners to the highest standards. Employees and contractors are expected to comply with our ethical guidelines, including those prohibiting any form of modern slavery. Breaches of these standards will result in appropriate action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts.

Training and Awareness

To support our commitment, we provide training to employees involved in supply chain management. This training enhances awareness of the risks of modern slavery and equips employees to identify and address potential issues in our supply chains.

Looking Ahead

Omatic Health remains committed to strengthening our processes to combat modern slavery. We will continue to review and refine our policies, practices, and supplier relationships to ensure compliance and ethical operations.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Omatic Health's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
